Sand Quality
Sand Quality is analysed with the aid of hot tensile tester and stick point tester for shell sand. Green sand is tested with the help of universal sand strength tester permeability meter, moisture tester, compactability tester, active clay testing kit. |
Metal Quality
Metal chemistry is analysed with spectro analyser. Carbon equivalent meter is used for checking CE, TC, SI with undercool checking facility.
Casting Quality
Dimensional inspection is carried out as per inspection plan using sophisticated testing equipment. |
