WARE HOUSING facility includes:

5,000 square foot climate controlled warehouse with 18-foot high ceilings.

Certified Scales, Two and Half Ton forklift truck.

Loading dock, Street level access and 24-hour full time security personnel.

A three million ($3,000,000.00) dollar general liability policy is maintained on the facility.
